My house has a BDP furnace, model number 394gaw048100 and the fn or blower run constantly. I know the wires from the circuit board to the thermastat are not shorted because when I disconnected the white, red, green, yellow wire from the circuit board, the blower still runs.
The furnace has built-in, self-diagnostic capability. If a system problem occurs, a blinking LED shows a fault code. The LED can flash red, green or amber to indicate various conditions. It is located behind a clear view port in the blower compartment door. The control continuously monitors its own operation and the operation of the system.
The prior answer, in case you did not catch it, was for replacement. If you are lucky it is a blown fuse, something caught in the fan, bad electrrical connection and you might get away for under $150 total in that case - so don't tell them up front to replace the blower motor, get it diagnosed first.

The capacitors on most of residential blower motors are very small, so technicians tend to overlook them. Using a capacitor tester to test the capacitor.
